Overview of WHC AGM 2025
The World Halal Council (WHC) held its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12–13 November 2025 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event brought together halal certification bodies from more than 25 countries, reflecting WHC’s role as a global platform for international cooperation and unity. In addition, the diverse participation highlighted the strong commitment of member bodies toward continuous collaboration.
Throughout the two-day meeting, members exchanged updates, shared insights, and discussed key developments shaping the global halal landscape. As a result, the AGM strengthened relationships and encouraged deeper engagement among members.

Opening Session
